Colorado Rockies Career Fair

On Thursday, Feb. 8, 2024, the Colorado Rockies Sport Management Institute welcomes students to their career fair and networking event at Colorado State University, promoting positions in a variety of fields. The informational booths included jobs ranging from event services, promotions & special events, RockiesVision, ticketing, and many more amazing departments.

The Rockies have been partners with Colorado State sport management program since 2022 and provide jobs for hundreds of current students as well as alumni. The Sport Management Institute partnership was established in 2014 to facilitate new sport management professionals in the Rockies organization and the sport field itself.

The event was primarily geared toward students who are a part of the Sport Management Institute, but it also welcomed students of all majors.

The career fair allowed students to network with current Rockies staff and gain personal relationships that could help them gain future internships and jobs.

Students were also able to sign up for speed interview rounds where they could practice their skills and learn more about specific internship opportunities the Rockies currently have.
